RETURN POLICY

Right to a return/replacement:

According to European Union’s regulations, customers have the right to return the product they order with the aim of repairing or replacing it in cases of:

  • Defective products
  • Insufficient packaging
  • Receipt of incorrect product

In order to return the product, customer has to:

  • Send the product with the postal service that is indicated by our store with store’s charge.
  • The product must be sent with the necessary documents that have been included (receipt of purchase, certifications, warranty, instructions) and in the package that has been received without damage.

Right of a withdrawal:

In European Union, customers have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

The right of a withdrawal could not be possible in cases of:

  • Personalized orders such as: wedding rings, transformations in jewelries.
  • Pieces have been removed from the watch straps.
  • The tags of “EFORO” store and the product’s labels have not been removed or otherwise destroyed.

  • Send the product with the postal service that they desire with their charge.

EFORO store shall not be held liable for any loss or deterioration of returned goods during transportation.

In case the products are returned damaged or defective, then “EFORO” store shall have the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which shall be determined by the condition of the products.
