6. Guarantees
Guarantees are provided for all 9, 14 or 18-carat gold jewelry by our online store as well as a two-year written warranty with all the well-known Brands in the store besides Q&Q watches. Finally, a guarantee is not provided in silver, metal or steel jewelry that you can find on the site.
7. Right of a withdrawal:
In European Union, customers have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
The right of a withdrawal could not be possible in cases of:

In case the products are returned damaged or defective, then “EFORO” store shall have the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which shall be determined by the condition of the products.
